Pricing and GST
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include the 15% GST (Goods and Service Tax). We are unable to accept payment in any other currency. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. These charges are applied by your card issuer, and we accept no responsibility for these. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The prices are only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. We will not change the price of a Skydive for a booking you have already made without prior notification, and this would only happen in the unlikely event that a typing error has occurred and the price has been displayed incorrectly. In this instance, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and offer a new booking at the correct price.

Liability Disclaimer and Waiver
Skydiving is inherently dangerous and involves an element of risk. Parachute equipment, even when assembled, packed and operated correctly, can malfunction and accidents can happen which may result in injury, death or property damage. We take your safety seriously, however you will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and acknowledgement that you jump at your own risk before completing your skydive. It is also important to note that under New Zealand law it is extremely unlikely that you will be able to sue anyone if you are injured. New Zealand’s accident compensation scheme provides only limited assistance to visitors to New Zealand who are injured. We strongly recommend that all visitors to New Zealand have full insurance covering any injury they might suffer, including medical treatment cover, before undertaking a tandem Skydive.
New Zealand Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions and any booking or order made under them are deemed to be made in New Zealand and are subject to the laws of New Zealand, and no other country.
